The Outram Hill Free Half Marathon, 10KM Run/Walk & 2KM Run will be held October12th 2014.
Back In Motion have been supporting the Outram Hill Free for the past 4 years and this year is no exception.
So we challenge you to do this for yourself and join our 10KM Challenge Training Programme.
The Challenge begins July 21st. It is a 12 week walking/ jogging team training program that includes three instructor guided group sessions each week, a discounted massage at BIM (among other discounts), race entry and an 12 week training guide. You will also benefit from other discounted products from our sponsors.
Weekly training times are Tuesdays 7-8am (A gentle Pilates Class), Thursdays 7-8pm (a medium to high intensity circuit class) and Saturday morning group walk/ jog (approximately 8-10am). If you can't make these sessions once or twice throughout the program, we can slot you into other classes during the week - please enquire for more details.
The program is a fantastic way to get motivated as you will be working with a group of like minded and supportive people. Our experienced Instructors are available to offer advice and to challenge you.
