We, at Back In Motion Physiotherapy & Pilates, are very excited about our new clinic and being able to support people in the Mornington area with our range of physiotherapy services and Pilates exercise rehab programmes.

Our Physiotherapists are trained to treat a wide range of conditions, including:

Soft Tissue Sprains/Strains

Such as carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, ligament sprains/tears,rotator cuff injuries, sports injuries, tendinitis and tennis elbow

Neck and Back Pain
Arthritis, ribromyalgia, headaches, pinched nerves and whiplash-associated disorders as well as general spinal care.

Joint/Bone Issues

Dislocations, fractures, inflammatory conditions and knee and hip replacements.

In addition, we bring a range of specialisations such as breathing re-education, head injury management, return to work programmes, fitness programmes, massage therapy and a focus on manipulative therapy for musculoskeletal injuries. We also use acupuncture to assist with mobilisation.
